Release of Liability

I understand that, if accepted into THE FITLIFE LAB Mentorship Program with Full Effort Coaching and upon our mutual agreement to proceed following a consultation, I will be participating in a professional development program designed to enhance my skills as a fitness coach. The program includes educational activities such as reviewing client programming, analyzing coaching techniques, developing business strategies, and implementing fitness and nutrition protocols for clients, at the discretion of Full Effort Coaching.

In consideration of my participation in the program, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge Full Effort Coaching, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to my participation in the mentorship program or use of any educational materials, recommendations, or resources provided, regardless of fault.

I further release Full Effort Coaching from any and all liability, now or in the future, for any professional, financial, or personal damages—including but not limited to lost revenue, client disputes, business setbacks, or stress-related conditions—however caused, whether occurring during or after my participation in the program, and whether resulting from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By signing this document, I confirm that I understand and agree to be legally bound by this release of liability by working in THE FITLIFE LAB Mentorship Program.

Intellectual Property and Non-Distribution

I acknowledge that all materials provided by Full Effort Coaching during THE FITLIFE LAB Mentorship Program, including but not limited to training manuals, videos, templates, client programming guides, business strategies, and any other educational content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Full Effort Coaching and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. I agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works from these materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Full Effort Coaching. Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that my participation in the program grants me a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for my personal professional development during the mentorship period.

Payment & Cancellation

Once signed, this agreement is not transferable or assignable. I acknowledge that, upon mutual agreement, payment is required in advance for 4-week blocks of mentorship, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

After the initial 12-week period, mentorship will continue on a month-to-month basis until I, the mentee, provide written cancellation notice through one of the following methods: (1) via Telegram directly to my mentor, or (2) via email at [email protected].

I understand that payments are non-refundable once processed, and each payment commits me to a 4-week block of mentorship. If I terminate mentorship before completing the initial 12-week commitment, I agree to pay an early cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the 12-week term.

After the 12-week commitment is fulfilled, I may terminate services at any time by providing written notice at least 3 days prior to the desired termination date, with no further fees beyond the current paid block.

I acknowledge that this contract, including its payment terms, release of liability, intellectual property terms, consent, and agreement, applies to my initial purchase of mentorship services and any future purchases, remaining valid indefinitely unless superseded by a new agreement. By signing this document, I confirm that I understand and agree to be legally bound by its terms
